First seen in this movie ,   'Mirza' is the owner of this mansion  and his wife ' Farrukh' that is 15 years older than him.  Many people rent out his mansion .'Baankey' family is one of them. 'Baankey' has four sisters and his mother in this family. 'Mirza' is stingy old man who is regarded by most people he knows as a greedy miser. He is so greedy that he even sells the bulbs to the tenants .

The real owner of the mansion is ' Mirza' wife .But 'Mirza' sued in civil court to get it in his name .
'Mirza' extravagant greed  causes the people in the mansion  and what happens to mansion and ' Mirza  : That is what has been directly portrayed in the movie.


So this is the main story of this movie. I hope you like it........
